Hi,

First of all you should have Adobe Photoshop CS5 ,CS6 or CC. If you don't have Photoshop, you can download one month trial version from here:

Download Photoshop CC

Then you should download the "Reflective Icon Template" PSD file to make reflective icon. I uploaded this file for you. Just click on the reflective_icon_template.psd icon and save the file on your computer.

After that you can watch the tutorial video in full screen and 1080p Full HD resolution.
